It is a nice surprise to find some old faces return to the next season, though some will not be returning. It is indisputable that despite the poor storyline their chemistry is on stage. There's not sufficient play to warrant watching them form a different group, doing the very same things over and over again.Īnd as the story is a story as old as time, and the storyline hasn't changed much, I really do need to mention that the throw is still enjoyable to watch. We're thrust back in their covert ops since they attempt to eliminate terrorists or the danger of TB, etc. I really, really wanted this year to mix this up and deliver us something exciting and different, but depending on the first 3 episodes, I am not so sure it is headed that way. Sound familiar? It seems as though Quantico is trapped in a cycle of replicating narratives, and they believe that tweaking a connection or the title of this team makes a huge difference. As I began seeing, I had been curious to find out what precisely would direct Alex back to New York and also what inescapable plot could unfold requiring her aid. When season two finished, Ryan and Alex were spotted working out together-that which we think to be their happy end.
In average Quantico fashion, there's danger lurking at every corner as may have been called Alex finds herself back into the whirlwind life of the FBI-falling the new life she had built for herself. She's got a boyfriend she's in love, his kid she loves and loves enjoy her own, along with a quiet, peaceful life in a quaint Italian town. Season three picks up with Alex was undercover for around three decades in Italy. In the 3 episodes released to critics, there is not anything exciting happening when our loveable, amazing Alex Parrish contributes to the display.
